WSA Costs

The regular conference fee is $100, while the student conference fee is $65. This does not include housing/meals costs for those staying on site, which ranged from $233.32 for a Historic Double to $419.12 for a Standard Single in 2010, and includes all meals from dinner on Wednesday through lunch on Friday. You will need to register for housing at Asilomar separately, after completing the registration form (which will be posted as soon as possible) and making your payment of the conference fee.

For those staying off site, there is an additional $75 site usage fee. You may also choose to join us for the Banquet Thursday night ($35) or for all meals ($95). These options will be detailed after you complete the registration form.

For those bringing guests, you do not need to register them. If you are staying at Asilomar, simply register both of you on the housing form. If you are staying off site, and your guest wishes to join us for meals, please contact us at info@westernspectroscopy.org
