Deadline for Poster Title Submission: November 21, 2008. Submit a poster abstract only if you are applying for a Graduate Student Scholarship or a contributed talk. All other posters require only a title for submission. The deadline for abstract submission is October 24, 2008.

Payment of Conference Fees: Fees and housing options are summarized here.

Conference fees can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Payment is secure, and WSA will not be given any of your credit card information. Submitting this form will take you to a second page where you can choose your options (including student discounts and additional fees for offsite participants) and pay your fees. The registration/payment deadline is November 21, 2008. If you cannot register online or have other questions, please email info@westernspectroscopy.org.

Once you have paid your fees via paypal, please select "Return to Merchant" which will take you to the instructions for Asilomar housing.

Registration cancellations will result in a full refund if received prior to November 21th, 2008; after that date the refund will be less a $45.00 fee. A late fee of $45 is required if registering after November 21, 2008.

All rooms at Asilomar are non-smoking.
 

Number of guests interested in the ranger-led program*: 

*If there is interest, we will have a guest program consisting of a walk, led by a park ranger from Asilomar State Beach, of the Asilomar grounds and/or tide pool area.

* For those leaving by noon on Friday, we can arrange for a box lunch on the last day of the conference, which can be picked up at breakfast on Friday. Otherwise, a hot lunch will be provided at the dining hall. This option is only for those eating onsite. If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible.

Please let us know if you would prefer a box lunch.
